Who are we?
Choonjin (CJ)
CJ is an accountant by training but really bad at balancing his books. Thankfully for self-awareness he never did become an accountant but spent his time in the first phase of this career doing mergers and acquisitions and then across various management roles in the financial planning industry. However, in a midlife crisis come early (or a quarter life crisis come late) he took 6 months off in his early 30s to sit under the coconut trees and think about life. The time off work allowed him to dig deep into asking himself what did he really want to do. To cut a long story short, it was at the end of the 6 months that saw him start the next phase of his career in running an education business.
Today he is pushing 40, happily married with 2 lovely children and enjoying his career as the CEO of Logos Learning, a training and consultancy company running solutions to help company build effective, productive and balanced individuals at work, at home and in the community.
Jenn
The question "what's next?" has always been on Jenn's mind since young. Being the typical Singaporean who pursues one goal after another, the time comes ultimately when achieving those goals no longer satisfy. At the end of the day, Jenn realised that she needs to go deep inside herself and ask herself what really matters and what is it that she really wants. The Finishing Well framework was introduced to her at a time when she was in her journey of intense seeking of, honest digging about and intentional centring down to who she really is. Today, as she journey on in her daily life, she has a better clarity about why she does what she does.
Jerome (JS)
JS, another accountant by training, has always been on the constant search for happiness. Being intrigued with what makes a person happy has made him take stock of his own life and dedicate himself to helping individuals find happiness in their lives through discovering their purpose in life.
Having been introduced to the Finishing Well framework in 2010, JS had taken the courage to leave a successful corporate life and embark on the journey to become a life coach and corporate trainer. JS now spends time between running his own business advisory work, coaching and corporate training. His purpose in life is to enhance the lives of people he encounters, empowering, motivating and inspiring them to live happier and more fulfilled lives.
Richard
Richard is a husband of 1 and a father of 2 whose purpose is to help others see that God can turn ashes to beauty.
He is focused on helping more people hear about Finishing Well in order that more may be blessed by this framework in helping them live out an effective, productive and balanced life, anchored on a purpose unique to them.
Terry
"I can face the sun; I can turn my back to it. The choice is mine. This is your God given-rights too."
Terry chooses to finish well what God has started for him. So he writes, he shares and he talks wherever his walk brings him to. Terry hopes to help like-minded people to discover, face and walk their path in the sun.
